All form data and user submissions are owned by the client or organization that operates the connected server. Vitra Aspire acts as a data processor on behalf of the client and processes data only under the client’s instruction. When users switch servers or endpoints, their data may be subject to the privacy practices of the organization that owns that server. We encourage users to review those organizations’ privacy policies independently.
5. Data Sharing and Transfers
We do not sell or rent user data. Data may be shared only in the following cases:
- With your connected organization or administrator (for form submissions and account management).
- With trusted service providers supporting hosting, security, storage, or backup.
- When required by law or lawful request (for example, a court order or regulatory authority).
Because our systems are hosted globally, your data may be processed or stored in other countries. We implement appropriate safeguards and legal mechanisms for cross‑border data protection.
